Some takeaways:

  • Thelander data is global. The Thelander platform allows you to customize by region. 
  • Not every corporation offers carried interest or shadow/phantom/synthetic carried interest (although, they are growing in popularity since 2021). Corporate stock is a VERY attractive offering that is not available in the traditional investment firm (VC) world. 
  • The other incentives in addition to base pay and cash bonus are impacted by the CVC Unit Structure. The more independent a CVC Unit is the more likely they are to have carried interest.
