What does the data show us?
- The 75th %ile for total cash for female CEOs has decreased by $88,367 since 2020.
- However, female founder CEOs have made up for the difference in their total cash compensation in the percentage of fully diluted shares – founder. The 75th %ile has more than doubled since 2022 – up 8.88%!
- The 75th %ile for total cash for male CEOs at life science companies was $600,000 in 2022 – a $41,667 increase from 2021.
- Founder equity for Male CEOs has also increased since 2020 – from 10.000 to 11.400%
