As the leading source for compensation data for the private capital markets, we’re excited to announce the launch of the Thelander in-house survey tool, which combines our 25+ years of industry experience surveying privately held companies and investment firms with the power of real-time survey data.
Why does it matter?
Our new platform provides multiple benefits for users including increased security, confidentially, and real-time data. It also allows us to more efficiently deliver on our mission of bringing pay transparency and excellence to the private capital markets.
What’s new?
Private companies and investment firms can now enter their compensation data through the Thelander Survey Tool, as well as review and update previous entries 24/7. This allows us to add new compensation data on a weekly basis- faster than ever before!
How can you access it?
Our Survey Tool is accessible by visiting survey.jthelander.com. Those that contribute their compensation data will have free access to a subset of the results as well as discounted pricing on a full, paid subscription.
